Unlike traditional jobs, this work does NOT offer a regular salary or benefits as the hospital does not pay the international physicians and staff to keep costs low for the patients.
As a result, families like ours rely on raising financial support from compassionate individuals who share their vision. This support helps cover essential living expenses like housing, food, education, and medical needs.

International staff are NOT paid by the hospital, in order to keep costs low for the patients. Half of your generous support will cover our essential living expenses. The other half will fund things like the benevolence fund to further assist patients directly with their medical needs who would otherwise not be able to pay for their care.
